PARTS RETURN POLICY

  • Parts must be returned in original packaging, in new condition, with the original OEM part number on the part package.
  • Electrical parts, kits, and seal kits must be in the original unopened package.
  • Parts must be returned to the store or branch from which they were purchased.
  • Freight and handling charges for special ordered/non-stock parts are non-refundable.
  • Special order/non-stock parts are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • All special ordered/non-stock parts must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, and all other parts must be returned within 60 days.
  • All chainsaw and generator sales are final and non-returnable.
