• Number of planetary gears in PA30B gearbox increased from three to five.
• Max torque rating for PA30B increased from 4166 lb-ft to 4500 lb-ft (due to new gear box design and increase in gear reduction).
• Required hydraulic oil-flow rate is:
  • 23–64 L/min (6–17 gpm) for PA15B.
  • 57–114 L/min (15–30 gpm) for PA30B.
• Required high-flow hydraulic oil-flow rate is 106–160 L/min (28–42 gpm) for PA40.
