There's one thing I think we can all agree on when it comes to being an adult… spending money isn't always fun. Yeah, it's not too bad when you first get it and it's still so new and fun. But then there comes a point where watching your money go out the door is just hard. Alright, so what am I getting at? Car tires.

I needed 4 new tires for my 2018 Honda CRV the other day. It's the first set I've had to purchase as an adult- I'm only 25. So, I did my due diligence and with a little help from a friend, I finally decided on where I was going to purchase them. I called the place and spoke with a friendly representative and hung up feeling somewhat okay about this $900 investment I was being forced to make. The next day, they were supposed to send someone to my office to pick up my car, take it and put the tires on, and then return it to me- all within an hour or so. So, my expectations were pretty high. Well, I'll spare you all the details, but we'll just say that the process did NOT go so smoothly. It ended with me questioning if I made the right decision. I mean they couldn't find my order sheet on 3 separate occasions when I called… so what made me feel like my purchase was a smart one? All it took was for the store manager to call me and apologize for the confusion. The shop was short-staffed- it happens. So I had this thought… out of all the tire stores I could use, why'd I choose them? Because they've provided me with great customer service in the past.
